Wow there, get yourself a bigger diaphragm! You might be able to get the rest of the air in focus .The composition is fine, but it would be better to have the cactus in a totally yellow/red background. Leave the clouds out. Its a fine shot, but lacks something interesting in my opinion... Definitly something to develop

About the clouds, i would leave theme out if i could but god still not listening to me...!!

The idea and colors are very nice.....I think more dof would good and for that you needed to use a much smaller diaphragm (Larger f number).
The composition may have been improved, but I wasn´t there.
The mood is nice.

Nice and simple composition. Since you used a tripod, I believe the mountain is blurry as a result of the low aperture value. I'd go for a much higher value and much longer exposure. The colour is beautiful.

Roadrunner: The Mountain is blurry because i was very close to the cactus and don´t think that a higher f value would be the solution + i was working in that place and did not had time to take several shots but i´ll be there this weekend again and i will try to do my best, if i find some better result i will post that one and unpublish this one.
BTW, i´m using a Kodak DX 7590, for work and it has only autofocus so it´s kind of dificult specially when you don´t have time to prepare everything...!!
So wish me luck...!!!
